Place hand on wall at arm’s length

Turn body away from arm, rotating at the shoulder

Rotate head away from wall
Pec Minor 1

Place forearm on doorway so that upper arm is at shoulder level

Rotate body away from doorway
Pec Minor 2

Place forearms on doorframe so that upper arm is at shoulder level
-
Step through with the leg that is closest to the doorframe
-
Lean forward and tilt head down
