Pec Major 

  • Place hand on wall at arm’s length 

  • Turn body away from arm, rotating at the shoulder 

  • Rotate head away from wall

Pec Minor 1 

  • Place forearm on doorway so that upper arm is at shoulder level 

  • Rotate body away from doorway

Pec Minor 2 
  • Place forearms on doorframe so that upper arm is at shoulder level 
  • Step through with the leg that is closest to the doorframe 
  • Lean forward and tilt head down
